How much does shipping cost?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping. This is except if it is a large-scale, bulk or unusual product and you will be notified immediately upon ordering. Again we emphasize that these are exceptional and isolated cases.
What countries are you delivering to?
As of now, we’re delivering to the United States only.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements. You can use it to track your order on the courier’s website. If you are registered with us, you can also see your previous orders by signing into your account.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbor.
How soon can I get my order?
Here in Smudgical we know that you are very excited about the product you ordered from us. Therefore, we do everything possible to send you the product as fast as we can.
Most of our products are shipped by UPS and USPS fast delivery and will be delivered up to 7 working days.
Some products may take up to 30 working days and you will find a notice for delivery time at product page.
However, there are sometimes exceptions for reasons beyond our control or delays at holidays and we hope you will understand it.
